Somali MP Slain In Mogadishu: President Sharif Denounces the Suicide Explosion

Mogadishu — A Somali MP has been killed in Karan district in the north of the Somali capital Mogadishu as heavy fighting between government soldiers and the Islamist forces was continuing in the north of Mogadishu, officials told local radio on Friday.
Some of the TFG officials confirmed the death of Ingineer Mohamed Husein Adow, a Somali MP who was died in Karan district in the north of the Somali capital as heavy fighting between the government soldiers and the Islamist forces was continuing the parts of Karan district in north Mogadishu.
unreliable reports say that the deceased MP was part of the fighting between both rival sides that started in Karan district in the north Mogadishu where government soldiers were manning earlier.

President Sharif Denounces the Suicide Explosion Killed the Government Security Minister in Beledweyn
Beledweyn — The Somali transitional president Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed has held a press conference in the presidential palace in Mogadishu on Thursday and denounced the suicide explosion killed the security minister colonel Omar Hashi Aden.
The president talked more matters in his press conference and said that the explosion targeted in Madina hotel in Beledweyn town was behind by what he described Al-Qaeda pointing out that is was terrorism action.
"There are foreign people who are pouring in the country day after day. They are Al-Qaeda and they invaded in Somalia and see that Somalia is base for them," president Sharif told reporters.
On the other hand the Somali president claimed victory about the fighting continuing in the Somali capital Mogadishu in the recent days claiming that they took over the more areas from the other sides of the fighting.
Asked about the presence of the African troops AMISOM in Somalia and their extended deadline, Sharif replied that AMISOM's presence in Somalia is indispensable for the transitional government of Somalia.
The president lastly told the reporters that they formed an army court which was appointed to be a temporarily chairman for the minister of Justice Abdirahman Farah Janqow.
Hawiye Elders Denounce Amisom for Indiscriminate Bombing in Mogadishu
Mohamed Hassan Had, the chairman of Hawiye traditional elders has greatly denounced Thursday for indiscriminate bombing that AMISOM targeted to parts of the residential areas in the Somali capital Mogadishu killing more than 30 and injuring 100 others.
Mr. Had said that Hawiye traditional elders are very sorry for yesterday's fighting in Mogadishu and reiterated that the African Union troops AMISOM targeted constant shelling in Mogadishu which caused more casualties of deaths including wounds and loss of properties in the capital.
Mohamed Hassan Had also called for the warring sides to halt the fighting as soon as possible and respect the civilians who are dying and live in the critical condition.
The statement of the traditional elders comes as there has been heavy fighting and shelling in the north and south of the Somali capital Mogadishu
