Somali Islamist Leader Sheikh Aweys Calls For AU Forces Amisom To Leave

Somalia — Sheik Hassan Dahir Aweys, the chairman of the Islamist organization of Hisbul Islam, held a press conference in the Somali capital Mogadishu on Monday and called for the AU force, AMISOM, to leave the country.
The chairman of the Hisbul Islam organization, Sheik Aweys issued an statement and called for the AMISOM troops to pull out from the Somalia, pointing out their presence in the country is illegal and accusing them of bombing areas of Somali civilians.
He also said that the AU troops are set against the Islamist forces and the Somali population, reiterating that it is good for them to leave the country.
On the other hand Sheik Hassan Dahir Aways said in the press conference that they will fight with any foreign troops including those who are in the country and those whom the transitional government demanded recently.
"We warn to the foreign countries specially the neighboring countries not send their troops to Somalia and cross the border. Other wise we shall fight with them," Sheik Hassan Dahir Aweys said,
The chairman of Hisbul Islam organization said lastly that the solution of Somalia could come only when the African troops AMISOM leave from the country.
Islamists Impose Curfew in Abudwak Town in Central Somalia
The Islamist organization of Ahlu Sunna Waljama'a has imposed a curfew in Abudwak town in Central Somali Somalia, witnesses told Shabelle radio on Friday.
Reports from the town say that the Islamic administration of Ahlu Sunna Waljama'a in Abudwak town imposed the curfew about 9:00 PM local time at overnight ordering the people not make movement during the clampdown as the forces of the administration arrested some people in the police station jails of the town
It is unclear the reason of the curfew as many forces of Ahlu Sunna Waljama'a could be seen entering the town as many other of their forces were patrolling on the streets and in the neighborhoods of the town.
Locals said that the business centers in the town had been closed during the curfew by the forces of the administration.
The curfew comes as the Islamic organization of Ahlu Sunna Waljama'a conducted operations collecting weapons in the town which the administration said they achieved to collected more weapons from the people in the town
