The Statement of Ms. Clinton in Regards to Somalia is Very Disappointing

The statement of Ms. Clinton is very disappointing and the reasons as to why the new US administration has chosen to drag itself in the quagmire in Somalia is astonishing to say the least, Mr. Ali Abdu said to Al-Jazeera in a televised interview this evening. Mr. Ali added that it is surprising to witness why the new US administration was not able to learn from mistakes of the previous US administrations. He went on to say that US intervention in Somalia for the last 19 years has caused the Somalis to develop deep hatred for the United States and that this has in turn complicated matters in Somalia in particular and the region as a whole in general. "The fact that the new US administration has failed to learn from mistakes of the previous US administration is indeed unfortunate", Mr. Ali Abdu emphasized. In regards to Eritrean support to Somalis Mr. Ali underlined that "the support of the Eritrean Government to the people of Somalia will not cease under any circumstances and that it will be accentuated even further". Mr. Ali Abdu concluded the televised interview stating that the Government of Eritrea reminds the US administration to keep its hands off from meddling in the affairs of Somalia once and for all. Islamist Fighters Capture a Man in Afgoi Town Meanwhile, the Islamic administration fighters in Afgoi Town 30 kilometers south of the Somali capital Mogadishu have captured a man accused of injuring two civilians in the town recently, officials said on Friday. Reports from the town say that the Islamist forces in the town captured a man who reportedly said he wounded two civilians in the livestock market in Afgoi town in Lower Shabelle region. Sheik Ali Sheik Omar Haji Abdi, one of the high officials of the Islamic administration in Afgoi town told reporters that the people in the town including the relatives of the blamed took part the man's capture adding that he will be sentenced with the Sharia law calling for the people in the town put pressure on dealing the Islamic law and halt the bad things that Allah had banned them to do. Lastly The Islamic administration spokesman in Afgoi town blamed on the local FM radios in the capital for releasing the false news about the detained man incorrectly pointing out they said in their news that fire exchange had happened in the town suggesting to journalists in the town to correct the their reports before releasing.
