Muslims Using Red Cross Vehicles
09 November 2012
By Markaz Kavkaz
TV channel Al-Arabiya concluded on October 11 its
publication of a two-week series top secret documents
under the title Syria Leaks which reveal the role of
the Assad's regime in many crimes, as well as clarify
some details of the complicity of the terrorist state
of Russia in crimes.
New secret documents about crimes against humanity
committed by Russian puppet Assad were published late
October 11.
The TV station reports:
"The Syrian regime has been committed numerous crimes
against humanity using the Red Cross vehicles, secret
documents obtained by Al Arabiya revealed.
The documents were obtained with the assistance of
members of the Syrian opposition who refused to
elaborate on how they laid hand on the documents.
Al Arabiya said that it has verified and authenticated
hundreds of these documents and that it has decided to
disclose the ones with substantial news value and
political relevance.
One classified document, dated April 18, 2012, and
entitled "Using the Red Cross vehicles by the regime
in military operation", which is a military mission
assigned by the head of the Air Force Intelligence
Saqr Manoun to a lieutenant in his department called
Ali Haidar. The mission is for Haidar to head to Duma
in Damascus suburbs to carry out order number 4/3255,
which, according to the Syrian opposition, is an order
to kill activists and could also be an order for
committing massacres against civilians.
Using Red Cross vehicles
The document mentions clearly the use of the Red Cross
vehicles; so, the Syrian regime definitely uses those
vehicles in missions that often end in massacres
against civilians, according to the order signed by
Manoun.
Al Arabiya has also obtained very touchy pictures for
the destruction caused by the shelling of the Syrian
cities. One of the main proofs that show the Syrian
regime has committed crimes against humanity,
according to a recent United Nations report, is the
random shelling by the Syrian regime of the
residential areas.
Another classified document (see photo), dated April
13, contains an order from Maj. Gen. Ali Mamlouk, head
of the Syrian Intelligence Agency, to Col. Hafez
Makhlouf, the cousin of President Bashar al-Assad, to
head to Homs for the purpose of moving a batch of
land-to-land missiles, to be used against the civilian
neighborhoods protesting against Assad's regime.
Secret prisons
On April 23, 2012 Lieut. Ali Haidar - who was earlier
ordered to head to Duma using the Red Cross vehicles -
was ordered (see photo) this time to head to Homs to
set up an operations chamber that would be used as a
kick-off base for the regime operations there.
One more document, dated May 8, 2011, shows an order
given to a lieutenant in the Syrian Military
Intelligence Agency to head to al-Damir airport in
Damascus suburbs in an urgent mission, to move the
prisoners in the second secret prison to other places.
According to the Syrian opposition, thousands of
Syrian activists are being detained in al-Damir
airport, where hundreds of executions are also carried
out on a daily basis.
As for the first secret prison, which is considered
the most important and most heavy-guarded of all the
Syrian prisons, it is located (according to a Google
map) near the Presidential palace in Jebel Qasyoun in
Damascus. In that prison, Assad keeps the most
dangerous prisoners, who pose the highest risk to the
Syrian regime".
