AQIM's Statement Regarding The Burkina Faso Raid When Muslim Africa Took Revenge For Its Victims

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessings be
upon the Commander of the Radiant Ones, his family, and his righteous
companions. And henceforth.
In fulfilling the covenant they made to support this great religion and its
people, as ordered by Allah – ''And fight them on until there is no more
tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether
and everywhere'' (Al-Anfal, 39) – and as the Exalted said – ''And why should
ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are
ill-treated (and oppressed)?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: ''Our
Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us
from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will
help!'''' (An-Nisa, 75) – and in taking revenge for our Prophet, peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: ''Who will pursue Ka'b bin Al-Ashraf,
for he has caused trouble to Allah and His Messenger?,''
And in continuing to target the nests of the Crusader looters of our
resources, the transgressors of our sanctities, and the violators of our holy
sites, and after studying, planning, gathering information, and observing the
targets, al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb deployed from its best Mujahideen and
knights, to enter a nest from the most dangerous nests of global spydom in
West Africa, and specifically in the ''Splendid'' hotel and some adjacent
facilities in the capital of Burkina Faso, Ouagadougou, where they run the war
on Islam and make deals to steal the bounties of Africa…
The assignment was given to the praiseworthy brothers – may Allah accept them
in al-Firdaws – al-Battar al-Ansari, Abu Muhammad al-Buqli, Ahmad al-Fulani
al-Ansari, to carry out this noble task, where they rushed to the target,
carrying their lives in their palms and pursuing certain death, and trusting
in Allah Alone and heeding the orders of their commanders, and complying with
the command of their Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: ''Go
in the name of Allah, trusting in Allah, and adhering to the religion of
Allah's Messenger, and do not kill an old man, a young child, or a woman…''
They descended into the ''Cappuccino'' restaurant, which the senior criminals
often visited, and they harmed them, then they proceeded towards their primary
objective, the ''Splendid'' hotel, where the operation lasted for many hours,
and the knights managed to kill the heads of Crusader criminality of various
nationalists… before they rose to their Maker, finding glad tidings in ''those
left behind, who have not yet joined them'' (Aal-i-Imran, 170) – we consider
them thusly and Allah is the holder of their account.
And this blessed operation comes as part of a series of operations to purify
the land of Islam and Muslims from the nests of global spydom and to avenge
our people in the Central African Republic, Mali, and other lands of Muslims
in the east and west… and to remind France and its allies:
Security in the world today is a collective issue today and does not allow
division. So either you leave us safe in our lands, or we spoil your security
and the security of your citizens as you spoil the security of our Ummah. Good
is with good and the initiator is just, and evil is with evil and the
initiator is unjust… As the Lion of Islam Sheikh Usama, may Allah accept him,
had already told you, and our Sheikh and Emir Ayman al-Zawahiri, may Allah
accept him, reiterated: ''Security is a shared destiny, if we are secure, you
might be secure, and if we are safe, you might be safe. And if we are struck
and killed, you will definitely – with Allah's permission – be struck and
killed. This is the correct equation…''
How many more foolish acts will you try?! And how much more blood will you
spill from your citizens, until you are convinced that your policies towards
our Ummah are wrong and you need to review them… When will you understand?!
When will you realize that the grandsons of Yusef bin Tashfeen are not those
who sleep on grievance and are not those who accept to live in humiliation and
shame, but are those who have determined not to put down their swords until
the glories of their Ummah are restored, the cross is humiliated, and
infidelity is beneath their feet…
In the end: We remind the world that the Ummah of Islam is an Ummah that gives
birth without stop, and its goodness does not cease, and that this blessed
operation is nothing but a drop in the sea of global Jihad, which is led by
its forebears in the east, west, north, and south of the world. We grasp the
hands of the mujahideen everywhere and we call them to the great determination
of Islam to break the power of Zio-Crusader and Rafidha infidelity…
Also, we call on our Ummah in general, and our people of the Sunnah in al-Shaam
and Iraq specifically… to support the religion with spirit, money, and prayer,
and we call on them to stand united as one before the global conspiracies
woven against their jihad and heed the saying of their Lord: ''And hold fast,
all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not
divided among yourselves''. [Aal-i-Imran, 103)
And to our people in usurped al-Aqsa we say: your sons the mujahideen are
fighting in the African desert and their eyes are upon captive Bayt al-Maqdis…
and we applaud your uprising, an uprising of running over and knives. We hope
to meet with you as conquerors and pray in the journey place of the Seal of
the Messengers, best of peace and blessings be upon them and our Prophet…
To the youth of Islam and its dear heroes, we say:
Blessed be the pure hands… May Allah salute the knights loyal to their Ummah
and their religion, the vengeful for their people, the deterrers of the crimes
of the Crusaders in the lands of Muslims:
May the peace of Allah be upon you… for what you commit to the Shariah of your
Lord in your Jihad and your work…
May the peace of Allah be upon you… for your actions, your striving, and
harming the enemies of Allah and your enemies…
May Allah accept our heroes the knights of Azawad and make them reside in the
Firdaws of His Paradise and join us with them while holding firm and not
altering… and make their blood water for the tree of Islam and the expansion
of His rule on the land…
''On that Day shall the Believers rejoice- With the help of Allah''. (Ar-Room,
4-5)
''Allah will certainly aid those who aid his (cause);- for verily Allah is
full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to enforce His Will).'' (Al-Hajj,
40)
O Allah! Get the Jews and the Christians and their agents the apostates!
O Allah! Grant victory to the Mujahideen everywhere and give them from Your
support!
Peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his
Companions, all of them.
Our last prayer is praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
