Pakistan Urges World To Pressure India To Hold Referendum In Kashmir!

Positively encouraged by the recent global developments like Brexit and UN
support vote for Palestine state, the next US president Donald Trump's
vouching for peace in Mideast, the very election of Donald Trump who thumped
experienced and highly hopeful democratic candidate Hillary Clinton who is
known to be pro-Israel and pro-India and never supported the Kashmir and
Palestine causes – not even on humanitarian consideration.
The fascist attitude of USA toward Palestinians vs. Israel is unfortunate as
Israeli military has begun murdering Palestinians children and women and over
1000, 000 Kashmiri Muslims have been slaughtered in Kashmir in rennet years in
order to silence them from demanding sovereignty back from regional big
brother India, Pakistani PM Mian Nawaz Sharif has urged world community,
epically the UNSC, to hold UN mandated referendum in Kashmir to decide the
Kashmir issue which has been harming the regional stability and peace.
Both India and Pakistan are nuclear powers and have amassed huge piles of
conventional and nuclear terror goods, making the region highly explosive and
vulnerable to a nuclear war. Both have wanted wars and cross fir attacks,
killing and terrorizing Kashmiris.
Interestingly, India and Pakistan – both guilty of occupational crimes in
Kashmir – cannot tolerate if the people support for the cause of a soverign
Kashmir and peaceful South Asia. Those who support Indian brutalities are
friends of India while those do not support state terror operations in Kashmir
are viewed as bad guys. India, Like Israel, Indi also spends huge sums to
watch any negative comments in global media and pay the media owners and
editors to block such views about Indian crimes in Kashmir and to write well
about the occupational causes of Indian state, media, intelligence and
military.
India's official opinions and news paint Kashmir Muslims as bad guys who,
according to them, willingly play into the dirty hands of Islamabad which
seeks to snatch away Kashmir in full from India.
Kashmir does not belong either to India or Pakistan or, for that matter, to
China.
Pakistan on January 05 urged the world community to tell India that ''enough
is enough'' over Kashmir and hold a promised referendum in the state. Prime
Minister Nawaz Sharif and his foreign policy chief Sartaj Aziz, addressing an
International Parliamentary Seminar on Kashmir here, said Pakistan was
determined to support Kashmiris despite certain foreign policy challenges.
''Seventy years of brutal repression and Kashmiri struggle in the face of that
oppression have shown cries of freedom cannot be stifled by sounds of
bullets,'' Sharif said.
Sartaj Aziz said the government ''will continue highlighting the Kashmir issue
and human rights violations there''. Pakistan, he said, had to prove wrong New
Delhi's stance that Islamabad was fuelling trouble in Kashmir. ''It is purely
an indigenous movement led by Kashmiri youth and without any external
support,'' he stressed. Admitting that there were foreign policy challenges,
Aziz said it was very difficult to stand ground during testing times for
protecting vital interests. Pakistan's position, he said, had strengthened the
Kashmir cause and the international community was now asking India to discuss
the dispute.
Pakistan last year launched an extensive international outreach to mobilize
support for Kashmir movement, sending 22 parliamentarians as special envoys to
important international capitals amid a deadly unrest in the valley that left
nearly 100 people dead after the July 8 killing of militant leader Burhan Wani.
The turmoil in Kashmir, which India blamed on Pakistan, worsened the already
deteriorating ties between the two countries. Aziz said it was not possible
for the two neighbours to hold peace talks on unilateral conditions laid by
India. ''The basic problem is that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to
improve relations on his own terms. One of his basic conditions is that there
should be no discussion on Kashmir,'' Aziz said, this was not acceptable to
Pakistan.
It appears Kashmiris on both sides of the IOC divide would like to have their
own nation as it had existed before it was invaded, divided and annexed by
India, Pakistan and China.
As such, if a referendum is organized in Jammu Kashmir by the UN, Kashmiris
would vote for a soverign nation instead of being a part of India, Pakistan or
China.
Sure!
Who wants to be a slave or a subordinate today?
Obviously, India does not consider seriously, even after killing over 1000,000
Kashmiri Muslims and making the neighboring nation with Muslim majority
destabilized and weak, driving many young people out of Kashmir, of
surrendering Jammu Kashmiri back to Kashmiris.
Meanwhile, China and Pakistan should make sincere efforts to seek defacto
recognition by UN of Jammu Kashmir as a sovereign nation. Pakistani regime
needs to do more to make Jammu Kashmir a soverign nation so that Kashmiris
live with dignity and stop its own plan to make Kashmir a part of Pakistan
which itself is baldy destabilized by NATO and has the dangerous tendency for
geographical divisions with the nation.
India and Pakistan alone cannot decide the Kashmir issue amicably as both want
to continue to occupy Kashmir and continue their fight to terrorize the
besieged Kashmiris.
Like India. Pakistan also is devoid of proper governance as corruption and
nepotism have reached the Himalayan heights.
An independent Kashmir is in the best interest of both India and Pakistan and
SA region as a whole.
