Enemy's Foiled Intelligence Ploys: Kandahar Incident, A Handiwork Of The Enemy's Covert Circles

The recent publication of some fake leaflets by the intelligence agency of the
Kabul Administration and their distribution in different parts of the
provinces, ostensibly in the name of the Mujahideen; the attempts of character
assassination and the concurrent announcement by the invaders to increase
their number of troops are efforts which were repeatedly carried out in the
past and failed. These kinds of cunning efforts and intelligence conspiracies
could not weaken the Islamic resistance which has cropped up amongst the
people and has been hardened, reared and mellowed in the furnace of
circumstances. If it was possible for them to have achievements, then forty
one districts of the country would not have come under the control of the
Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate. These are the ground realities. We believe
that apparent materialistic factors are not the sole and ultimate result
determinant of a conflict. The history of struggles between the truth and
falsehood show that this is the divine law that often small groups overcome
large ones:
قَالَ الَذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلاقُوا اللَّهِ كَم مِّن فِئَةٍ قَلِيلَةٍ
غَلَبَتْ فِئَةً كَثِيرَةً بِإذْنِ اللَّهِ واللَّهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ.(البقرة
۲۴۹)
''But those of them who believed that they would meet Allah (on Judgement Day)
replied: How often a small force has, by Allah's grace, overcome a big one?
Allah is with the steadfast''. (Chapter: 2, Verse: 249)
Past one and a half decade was enough time for the invaders to consider their
mistakes, not repeat them in future and try to amend them. But the enemy is
still not giving up its failed espionage efforts. They are spreading false and
futile rumors in one way or the other. They even blew bridges, burn schools,
kill innocent countrymen and so on
with a hope of obtaining something but
they do not realize that in this graveyard of the empires. All the previous
invaders and their domestic stooges have tried these failed efforts but
ultimately disintegrated and collapsed. The current Islamic resistance against
foreign occupation in the beloved country has emerged from the core of the
people and Islamic Emirate leads it as a true representative of the people. If
the invaders and their domestic and foreign supporters put any label on this
blessed Islamic movement and uprising, people will not be convinced because
the people know them better than anyone else. Similarly, if success was to be
achieved through lies and negative propaganda then it would have been achieved
by the invaders and their domestic allies over the past one and a half decade.
But we have seen that with the passage of time, their cunning slogans and
futile assertions have been exposed in front of the Afghan Muslim nation as
well as other nations of the world.
Therefore, we would like to tell the leaders of the invading countries; put an
end to your colonialist and intelligence ploys in our beloved country. Instead
come with a plausible solution of the issue. The sooner you accept the
legitimate right of independence of the freedom-loving Afghans the better it
will be for your own peace and stability as well as the region and the
country.
Kandahar Incident, a handiwork of the enemy's Covert
Circles
During the past one and a half decade, we were witness to hundreds of
horrendous and ambiguous incidents which have been carried out by covert
intelligence circles in Afghanistan but allegation has always been leveled
against the Islamic Emirate. However, later it has been proved that the
Islamic Emirate was not involved but at the time of the incident, they
intentionally pointed finger to the Islamic Emirate. In fact, these wicked
circles and people think that they would hunt two or three birds with a single
stone i.e. to kill their rival on one hand and conceal the real perpetrators
of the incident on the other. Furthermore, to isolate the Islamic Emirate
inside the country and at world's level.
The incident of Kandahar on 10th of January is also one of such incidents. The
Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate had no plan of operations on that day in
Kandahar and immediately denied their involvement in the incident. But
officials of the Kabul Administration, both in Kabul and Kandahar, started
leveling allegations against the Islamic Emirate even prior to investigation
of the incident. Among others, they also simultaneously tried to draw
attention of the people inside and outside the country to other issues to
cover their recent military and political failures.
Referring every incident to the Islamic Emirate is an easy task but neither
rational nor acceptable that the Islamic Emirate should be responsible for
each and every incident in any case. All know that access to such sensitive
and secure place is impossible for the Islamic Emirate. Only those people, who
are at the realm of power can have access there and easily carry out such
complicated attack in such a place. Furthermore, can there be any need for the
Islamic Emirate to carry out such an attack which is contrary to its interests
and can complicate its objective or make it farther away? As a principle, it
is not the policy of the Islamic Emirate to target those individuals who
assist the miserable people of Afghanistan. International organizations
working in the country know that the Islamic Emirate is cooperating with them
on daily basis to provide them facilities regarding their works across the
country. Moreover, the Islamic Emirate has already published statements to
facilitate national and other projects of public benefits and their
spokespersons have had their assertions in media in this regard from time to
time.
The Islamic Emirate had good relations with the United Arab Emirates from the
very beginning and still wants good relations with them. We express our deep
sorrow and sadness over the killing of UAE diplomats in this masked incident
and would like to extend our condolences to our brother Islamic country of the
United Arab Emirate for this great life loss.
The objective of the Islamic Emirate is clear which is to target the invaders
and their allied troops. Apart from this, we welcome the legitimate
humanitarian assistance of the Islamic and other countries with the people of
Afghanistan.
We would like to assure the Islamic countries that we are ready to provide
security and facilities for your welfare works, aimed at improving the life of
the miserable Afghan people and at implementing and reconstructing national
projects in the country. The concerned commissions of the Islamic Emirate are
well prepared for facilitation and coordination as regards your (humanitarian)
activities.
