A wannan darasi za mu amsa tambayoyi kamar haka; *Tambaya:

Mene ne sharuddan layya?

AMSA:

Yana daga cikin sharuddan layya:

abin da za a yanka, lallai ya kasance daga cikin ''bahimatul anʿām'' (dabbobin ni'ima), irin su:

rakuma da shanu da awaki da tumaki). Domin haka, ba ya cikin sharuddan layya, a yi ta da namun daji, kuma ba za a yanka kaji da sauran tsuntsaye ba, kamar yadda wasu daga cikin 'yan Zahiriyyah suka tafi a kai.

Dalili kuwa fadin Ubangiji subhanahu wa ta'ala cewa:

ﻭﻟﻜﻞ ﺃﻣﺔ ﺟﻌﻠﻨﺎ ﻣﻨﺴﻜﺎ ﻟﻴﺬﻛﺮﻭﺍ ﺍﺳﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺭﺯﻗﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻬﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺄﻧﻌﺎﻡ )34 ( .... ﺍﻟﺤﺞ: ٣٤ Ma'ana:

Kowacce al'umma mun sanya musu ibadunsu, domin su ambaci sunan Allah a bisa abin da (Allah)
ya arzuta su da shi daga cikin dabbobin ni'ima.... Wannan aya ta nuna cewa, Ubangiji subhanahu wa ta'ala ya ambaci dabbobin ni'ima ne, kuma ya nuna cewa lallai ne idan za a yanka su, a ambaci sunansa.

Amma ayar ba ta ambaci cewa ana iya layya da namun daji ba, ko tsuntsaye, kamar kaji da sauransu.

Kuma koda a cikin dabbobin ni'ima din ba a yankawa sai wacce ta cika wadannan sharuddan:

1- Shanu: Sai sun cika shekara biyu zuwa sama.

2-Raquma: Sai sun cika shekara biyar zuwa sama.

3-Tumaki da Awaki: Sai sun cika shekara daya zuwa sama. Sai dai idan ya ta'azzara ba a samu shekararriya ba, to babu laifi a yanka wacce ba ta shekara ba amma ta kusa cika shekara a cikin raguna ko awaki (watau jaz'a), saboda hadisin da aka karbo daga Jabir Ibn Abdullah radhiyallahu anhuma ya ce:

Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya ce:

ﻟﺎ ﺗﺬﺑﺤﻮﺍ ﺇﻟﺎ ﻣﺴﻨﺔ ﺇﻟﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺴﺮ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﻓﺘﺬﺑﺤﻮﺍ ﺟﺬﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻀﺄﻥ.

Ma'ana:

Kada ku yanka sai shekararriya, sai dai idan ya gagareku , sai ku yanka wacce ake kira jaz'a daga raguna.

Haka kuma, ana so dabbar da za a yi layya da ita ta kasance kubutacciya daga aibu.

Saboda hadisin da aka karbo daga Bara'u Ibn Azib radhiyallahu anhuma ya ce: Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya ce:

ﻻ ﻳﻀﺤﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺮﺟﺎﺀ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻇﻠﻌﻬﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻮﺭﺍﺀ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻮﺭﻫﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺿﻬﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺠﻔﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻻ ﺗﻨﻘﻲ Ma'ana:

Ba a yanka ramammiya wacce ramarta ta bayyana, ko gurguwa wacce gurguntakarta ta bayyana, ko mara lafiyar da rashin lafiyarta ta bayyana, Ko me ido daya.

Banda wadannan siffofi na dabbobi, akwai wasu siffofin.

saidai hadisan ba su inganta ba, don haka ba mu kawo su a nan ba.

Kuma lallai ne abinda za a yanka na layya, ya kasance mallakarsa aka yi ta hanyar halal, ba ta hanyar haram ba.

Wato wajibi ne ya kasance ba na sata ko kwace ba ne, kuma ba dabbar da aka bayar jingina ko amana ba ce.

Kuma ya kamata mai yin layya ya sani cewa ba cewa aka yi ya yi azumi ko rikon baki ba. Domin haka, ba a hana shi ci ko shan abin sha ba matukar yana bukata.

AMSA:

Jumhurun malamai sun tafi a kan cewa, ana yanka abin layya ne, bayan sallar idi ko da liman bai yanka ba.

Dalilinsu kuwa shi ne fadin Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama cewa:

ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺫﺑﺢ ﺃﺿﺤﻴﺘﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺼﻠﻲ ﺃﻭ ﻧﺼﻠﻲ ﻓﻠﻴﺬﺑﺢ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺬﺑﺢ ﻓﻠﻴﺬﺑﺢ ﺑﺎﺳﻢ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ .


Ma'ana:

Wanda ya yanka abin layyarsa kafin sallarmu, to, ya sake yanka wata dabbar maimakonta bayan sallar idi, wanda kuma bai yanka ba (sai bayan sallarmu), to, ya yanka da sunan Allah.

Saidai kuma Imam Mālik ya tafi a kan sabanin abinda jamhur suka tafi akai inda ya ke cewa:

Ba a yanka abin layya sai bayan liman ya yanka nasa.

Dalilinsa kuwa shi ne, hadisin da aka karbo daga Jabir Ibn Abdullah radhiyallahu anhu ya ce, ﺻﻠﻰ ﺑﻨﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺤﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻓﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﺭﺟﺎﻝ ﻓﻨﺤﺮﻭﺍ ﻭﻇﻨﻮﺍ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻗﺪ ﻧﺤﺮ ﻓﺄﻣﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻧﺤﺮ ﻗﺒﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﻴﺪ ﺑﻨﺤﺮ ﺁﺧﺮ ﻭﻟﺎ ﻳﻨﺤﺮﻭﺍ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻨﺤﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ. ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ Ma'ana:

Mun yi salla tare da Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama a Madina ranar babbar salla, sai wasu mazaje suka je suka yi yanka, suna tsammani Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya yi yanka, sai Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya ce:

duk wanda ya yi yanka kafin na yi, to ya sake yankansa. Ya kara da cewa: Kada su yanka har sai Annabi sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya yanka.

Wannan shi ne zance mafi rinjaye domin wannan hadisin da Imam Malik ya kafa hujja da shi ya fada karara cewar ba'a yanka sai bayan liman yayi yankan sa, sabanin dalilin jamhur.

Don haka sai mutum ya hakura har liman ya yanka. Idan kuma mutum yana nesa da gari ne, sai ya kintaci lokacin da ya kamata a ce liman ya yanka dabbar layyarsa, sai ya yanka tasa.

Wanda kuma ya yanka kafin salla, to namansa ba na layya ba ne, ya zama naman miya kenan, ko ya sani ko bai sani ba.

Saboda haka sai ya sake yanka wata maimakonta.

Dalili kuwa shi ne: wani sahabi Uwaīmir Ibn Ashkar radhiyallahu anhum ya taba yanka dabbar layyarsa kafin sallar īdī, sai Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya ce:

ﺃﻋﺪ ﺃﺿﺤﻴﺘﻚ .

Ma'ana:

Ka sake yanka wata a maimakonta.

A nan Annabi sallallahu alaihi wa sallam bai tambaye shi ko ya sani, ko bai sani ba.

*Tambaya:

A ina ya kamata liman ya yanka abin layyarsa a sunnance?

AMSA:

A bisa koyarwa irin ta Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama liman zai yanka abin layyarsa ne a filin idi, domin al'umma su shaida, kuma su sami damar yin ta su layyar, ba tare da wani kokwanto ba. Dalili kuwa shi ne hadisin Jabir radhiyallahu anhum ya ce:

ﺷﻬﺪﺕ ﻣﻊ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺍﻷﺿﺤﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺼﻠﻰ ﻓﻠﻤﺎ ﻗﻀﻰ ﺧﻄﺒﺘﻪ ﻧﺰﻝ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﺒﺮﻩ ﻭﺃﺗﻲ ﺑﻜﺒﺶ ﻓﺬﺑﺤﻪ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺑﻴﺪﻩ .


Ma'ana:

Na halarci idin babbar salla tare da Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama. Bayan ya gama hudubarsa, sai ya sauka daga kan minbarinsa, aka kawo masa ragon layyarsa, sai ya yanka shi da hannunsa (mai albarka).

Haka kuma an karbo wani hadisin daga Abdullahi Ibn Umar radhiyallahu anhum ya ce:

ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﺬﺑﺢ ﺃﺿﺤﻴﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺼﻠﻰ ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﻤﺮ ﻳﻔﻌﻠﻪ.

Ma'ana:

Hakika Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya kasance yana yanka abin layyarsa a filin idi.

Saboda haka ni ma na kasance ina aikata hakan.

Don haka sai limamai su yi koyi.
